Trauma Recovery
We provide immediate support and a safe haven for survivors of domestic abuse, offering essential services such as medical and psychological care and trauma counselling. Our team of experts in crisis response ensures that each survivor receives the necessary aid to stabilise and begin their journey to recovery.
- Objective: To provide emotional and psychological support to help the survivor stabilise.
- Time: 1 Month
- Steps:
- Ensure the survivor is offered immediate access to trauma-informed individual coaching services.
- Implement grounding and crisis-intervention techniques to manage acute emotional distress.
- The survivor attends group therapy coaching sessions.
- Conduct a risk assessment to determine ongoing psychological support needs and establish a follow-up plan.

Skills Development & Training
Skills Development
Our goal is to guide survivors from crisis to independence. We provide holistic rehabilitation services, including mental health support, skills training, and job placement, to ensure survivors can reintegrate into society with confidence and dignity.
- Objective: To connect survivors with ongoing support services for their long-term recovery.
- Criteria: Only survivors who follow the legal process and are committed to long-term rehabilitation and empowering programs.
- Time: 5 Months (3 months training followed by 2 months internship placement.)
- Steps:
- Psychometric skills assessment for development plan.
- Participate in services at the crisis centre.
- Soft Skills Training Programs
- Employment Readiness Programs.
- Internship allocations.

Reintegration & Independence
Long-term rehabilitation and Independence
By working with local communities, governments, and allied organisations, we aim to build widespread awareness of domestic abuse issues. Through focused education programs, we empower communities with the knowledge and tools to recognize, prevent, and stand against domestic abuse, creating a foundation for lasting change.
- Objective: To provide financial independence and room rental facilities on site. Survivors who can not afford to go back to the same environment and continued danger of reoccurrence.
- Criteria: Employed and financial literacy training completed. Ongoing commitment to the rehabilitation program.
- Time: 6-12 Months
- Steps:
- Financial budget and affordability compliant.
- Contribute toward group session testimonials for survivors new to the program.

Effective awareness campaigns are crucial to educate communities, challenge societal norms, and promote understanding of domestic abuse. These strategies aim to build awareness, promote behaviour change, and address the root causes of domestic abuse while fostering a supportive environment for survivors.
